Great attention to detail during a professional design process.
Meeting is arranged in the space the project is to take place. Please allow 2 hours for this initial consultation. Based on conversation and site measure, renders of a proposed design will be emailed to you for review. Please reply with any questions or request for changes. Pricing can be provided once the final design is achieved and often includes an accurate estimation of counter cost.
Moving forward brings final selection of door style, hardware, and color. Details are recorded in written agreement along with the design layout, and 50% deposit for the build process is transferred.
You can expect professional insight to all aspects of your project based on years of experience with general contracting, design, and project management.
Final install day can move around a bit due to many influences including weather, sub-trade availability, and supply. It is best not to schedule trades too closely together in these final days. Generally, cabinets are delivered the first day and install happens within the next day or two. This is an average only.
At the end of install minor completion items (example: the re-finishing of a door etc. due to delivery damage) are usual, we will inspect together to find these and finalize with importance.
